Free 15 Minute Consultation
Are we a good match? My job is to make sure that you are successful, and sometimes that means I may not be the right fit. Many times I am! This is where we discover if we are a good team together
Initial Interview 2-4 hours
I dig deep! I want to know where things began, how your day to day goes, and how I might help you to create a plan that will help you feeling better. You will leave this intense appointment with solid action steps to implement.
Initial Functional Eval 1.5 Hrs
This is a hands-on tool that helps us identify more specifically can be helpful to your body. We can make educated guesses, but having a more targeted specific approach will help us make better recommendations from the start
Follow-Up
It’s good to touch bases more frequently at the beginning, and less frequently as you get settled into a routine and begin to feel better. My goal is for you to be able to navigate your symptoms with knowledge learned in our meetings.

Only have a few questions and don’t necessarily need to see me in person? A phone call can be enough!
Pantry Clean
I literally go through your pantry and pull out all of the “unhealthy” food items.  Unopened containers will be donated to Oregon Food Bank. You will be given a list of products that could replace the ones we pulled out.
Grocery Store Tour
3 people minimum. Recommended after a Pantry cleanout. We meet at the grocery store and I show you how to navigate the aisles for healthiest food options.

Free 15 Minute Phone Consultation
Are we a good fit? Am I the right trainer for you? My style of fitness is different than most, as my specialty is joint stabilization and exercises that will improve the quality of daily life. While building giant muscles may be the goal of some, simply living stronger, getting stronger, and moving easier are more my style.
Initial Fitness Evaluation 90 Mins
*Required once for all new fitness clients
This is where I take a baseline of your range of motion, strength and potential imbalances. This one is honestly a little boring but important for me to find where you are in order to be able to design what direction we need to head. You will get homework from this appointment, and I may recommend purchasing some equipment for use at home
Sessions w/ homework
You will receive a notebook where I record all of the exercises we do in the appointment. Your homework will be to do those exercises between our meetings.
Multi-week & package discounts available
